Free Pattern Friday- Jersey Dresses

Over the summer holidays we had a busy but wonderful week with the kids sessions- our mini fashion school focused on looking at different fabrics! We played fabric bingo, looked at different vocabulary to describe fabric and did lots of touching & feeling of fabrics! This got me thinking, the patterns ive shared so far have all been designed for woven fabrics, so this week will be our first stretch fabric inspo!

Jersey dresses are not only easy to wear but easy to sew too; few pattern pieces, less fit issues, quick to whip up! If you’re already a convert to jersey fabrics you’ll definitely agree with me, if you're yet to try it i’ve shared a simplified intro to stretch fabric to get you going!

My aim with this feature is to share with you new companies/designers, stress free pattern printing and some fresh inspiration each week! 

It's a great way to find a new favourite pattern company and to invest in their paid for patterns once you've enjoyed their freebie(s) and you like their style!
