Times: 10-12.30pm OR 12.30-3pm OR 10-3pm

Dates: 17th May OR 14th June

Location: Ymca Lytham, Mythop Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 4HB.

Cost: £15-25: Includes no materials

Who is this suitable for: Over 16's- This course is perfect if you have sewn before or if you have attended the some beginners workshops & would like to extend your sewing skills further.

What you'll Learn & Make: For these workshops you must bring your own pattern/project & fabric (or fabric, zips, fastenings etc can be purchased during the workshop). This is a supported session; problem solving, help with reading sections of instructions, refresher on techniques ie. darts, an opportunity to learn new techniques & or simply to use our dedicated sewing space. You will all work independently & at your own pace & gain support where needed, it will be a great opportunity to pick up tips & techniques when the tutor is helping other sewers with their projects too.

Surgery Workshop

The time spent was truly wonderful. It was most welcoming and relaxing for me, a first time visitor. Really refreshing to observe the camaraderie displayed by the group and to hear about the shopping experience of one of the members.
The instructions given was most appropriate for my limited skilfulness. I will continue to practice at home but most of all, will try and to attend a couple more workshops in order to become proficient
