Mothers Day Ceramics, Fizz & Fun

Date & Times: Friday 13th 6.30-8.30pm (Daytime sessions available Saturday 14th March 10.30-12.30pm OR 1.30-3.30pm)
Location: Ymca Lytham, Mythop Road, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 4HB
Cost: £45 per mum & daughter duo will allow you both to choose from a selection of letters, trinket dishes, plates, selection of mugs, vases & planters! This is will also include a glass of Fizz & a little treat for any mummies. (please add any additional people to your booking as required)
Feel free to bring along a bottle etc to sip as you paint in addition to the glass of Fizz you'll get on arrival :)
Who is this suitable for: Over 16's; Get creative & super relaxed in this mindful painting session, treat the special lady(ies) in your life; sisters, mums/daughters, the school mum gang, step mums, god mothers! We love that these sessions are suitable for families, friends, pairs & groups...
What you'll learn & make:
We'll guide you through the basics of getting the maximum success for your pottery pieces but you'll have free rein to create whatever design you like on your chosen piece! This session includes an opportunity to learn some skills if you wish to add some artistic flair to your pottery- including, resist techniques, carbon paper transfer or sgraffito!
Firing & Glazing: Once you've finished painting your masterpiece/s we'll let them fully dry before glazing and firing them, our general turnaround time from painting to your item being ready can take up to 10 days. We will try to give you a more accurate timescale on the day you paint & will email you when you piece is ready. Pieces not collected within 8 weeks will unfortunately be disposed of.
