Was a great course to get my head round how to set up and do basic stitches on my machine - highly recommend
Really enjoyed the evening! Helped me get back into sewing but still have trouble threading the needle! Need a machine with automatic threader! Something I didn’t know about!
I've recently moved to Lytham and one of my neighbours mentioned the Institute and I would like to renew my interest in sewing. I have an introduction to sewing on 16 January and am very much looking forward to it
I had a really great time on the workshop. The tutor Katie was helpful with clear instructions on how to work the sewing machine, threading it and giving advice and support when needed. It was great to be in a group of people all at a similar level of ability.
I came home having made a lovely Christmas cushion, really pleased with the end result.
Thank you Katie and Lucy, looking forward to doing another workshop to develop my ability further.
I haven’t sewn since being at school but this workshop was incredible. Lucy and Katie are absolutely lovely and so patient. I learnt so much- thank you. I will be booking on to lots more workshops
