Beginners Dressmaking Day- Skirt

Cost: £45-50: Includes up to 1.5-2m of fabric, printed pattern & elastic (please check pattern size guide below)
Who is this suitable for: Over 16's- This course is perfect if you have sewn before or if you have attended the some beginners workshops & would like to extend your sewing skills further into dressmaking or have dressmaking experience & would like to try new patterns/styles/materials etc
What you'll Learn & Make: for this session we have selected a perfect classic A-line (adapt from mini, knee legth, midi or maxi length) skirt pattern that covers the most essential beginners dressmaking skills; pattern layout & notches, transferring markings, seams, seam finishes, hems, gathering & attaching a waistband- perfect transferable dressmaking skills.
A great base workshop for beginners or returning dressmakers.
The timings of this workshop should enable you to complete the garment within the session but each person will work at a different pace so please be aware you may have tasks to complete after the session finishes.
